Disaster Action Team
LOCAL DISASTER ACTION TEAM
Emergencies happen every day. When they do, our trained and dedicated volunteers respond to fires, floods, explosions and other local disasters. We feed, provide shelter and clothing, and stay involved with those who suffer losses until they have a solid recovery plan.
In addition to the services provided by the Disaster Action Team (DAT), a team of trained mental health counselors may assist victims of disasters. By volunteering for the DAT, you would be helping people just like yourself recover from emotionally and financially devastating events.
