Volunteers are the backbone of every Red Cross chapter.

Chapter offices are staffed with a skeleton crew of dedicated employees who do extraordinary things everyday to make their communities a better place to live and work as well as safer and more prepared for whatever emergencies may occur.

These dedicated employees rely on equally dedicated volunteers to get the most tedious of jobs done: filing, cleaning and prepping mannequins for First Aid and CPR classes, setting up the classrooms with the appropriate materials, and yes, answering telephones. Everyone has a skill that can contribute to the smooth operation of a Chapter office. You have a skill that would be welcomed!
