If you are interested in teaching and learning life-saving skills, this may be the program for you. The best way to avoid and cope with emergencies is to be prepared when they occur.

We are looking for people interested in teaching the necessary skills to confidently respond to emergencies. Our programs teach many life-saving skills including water safety, First Aid, CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillation).
